Established "Jui Li Enterprise Co., Ltd." with a capital of NT$3,000,000, and engaged in manufacturing motorcycle stamping parts.

Capital reached NT$305,902,400. The Securities & Exchange Commission approved JL's stocks to be published. Expanded 2nd stage construction of Hsin-Chu plant and added two Production lines for door assembly, increasing door types.

Capital reached NT$381,619,880. Set up R&D Dept. which led to the introduction of a CAD/CAM computer system, and the development of the automation for die production.

Capital reached NT$431,230,460. Purchased 5 axis vertical profiling & contouring machinery in order to promote the processing productivity of aero parts.

Capital reached NT$585,209,940. Purchased high-speed processing machinery to accelerate the automation of dies factory.

Capital reached NT$ 1 billion. Expanded the market, exporting dies and auto parts. Obtained the certificate of Ford Q1; and ISO 9002 from the Bureau of Commodity Inspection & Quarantine, MOEA.

Established aero department, responsible for aero industrial development. Signed a new product development plan with the Industrial Development Bureau, MOEA. Established E.D.P coating line and assembly line for aftermarket parts.

Established joint venture with Germany EDSCHA Group and created J.E.B.S.Co. for producing door hinges. Received ISO 9001 / QS 9000 certificate from Germany TUV Rheinland Company. Constructed Aerospace Building, and purchased machining center machinery in order to increase the productivity of aero parts.
